All  Awareness Through Movement® lessons in mp3 format in our library are
taught by MaryBeth Smith, MM, GCFP, Director of the Feldenkrais Center of Houston

Individual lessons @ $3.95 USD each, mp3 downloads. Most lessons are approximately 45-50 minutes in length.  You will receive an email containing the download link(s) for the audio(s) you order.

In the Feldenkrais Method®, the learning is cumulative, but not sequential.  This means that, the more you do, the more you'll benefit.  It also means that there's no particular order for the lessons.  Each lesson meets you exactly where you are, and provides a unique perspective of your whole self in action.  Select lessons based on your own curiosity.  You're sure to learn something intriguing and amazing.
