In the Feldenkrais Method®, the learning is
cumulative, but not sequential. This means that, the more
you do, the more you'll benefit. It also means that
there's no particular order for the lessons. Each lesson
meets you exactly where you are, and provides a unique
perspective of your whole self in action. Select lessons
based on your own curiosity. You're sure to learn
something intriguing and amazing.
