the Houston Feldenkrais Training (2010-2013). Our training venue is Westwood Hall, the original sanctuary, which has been converted into a multi-use parish hall. The venue features over 2,000 sq. ft. of floor space, high ceilings, serving kitchen, lounge, picture windows allowing lots of natural light, and free wi-fi! Loads of free parking is available on the north side of Westwood Hall. The church maintains lovely gardens and green space on its property, a wonderful place to "pause, and let it go." Emerson is walking distance from numerous restaurants on Westheimer and San Felipe.

Ralph Strauch has written a number of thought provoking and inspiring articles about the Feldenkrais Method. He's particularly interested in the way we create our experiences (check out "The Reality Illusion"). I first came to know him through his book, "Low Stress Computing," which provides a wealth of information about avoiding or recovering from repetitive stress injury.
