The Feldenkrais® Center of Houston

The Feldenkrais Method® is a profound tool for self-discovery and personal transformation.  Since the learning is cumulative (but not sequential), we find that people benefit most from a sustained experience of the work. Regular practice and guidance facilitates learning and accelerates progress.

We're excited to launch an innovative program for curious people who want to make their learning and self-development a priority.  Called "The Transformations Project," we want for people to have the best possible experience of the transformational power of the Feldenkrais Method®. The program requires a 12-month commitment.

Whether you are coping with a change in your physical condition, wish to reach for a new level in artistic expression or athletic achievement, or want to release your untapped potential, the Feldenkrais Method® offers an approach that is unparalleled in its comprehensive scope and subtle power.  Our program is a careful process that is completely individualized, not a canned protocol or quick-fix. 

Your personalized program will include:

	an intensive weekend immersion experience with Awareness Through Movement®
	follow-up Functional Integration® lessons for 5 weeks
	group experiences around selected themes
	deepening FI explorations of self and self-image
	ATM classes at any of our venues
	self-referenced progress assessments The Transformations Project can also be tailored for you if you live outside of Houston, but can travel here regularly.  Once-per-month in-person meetings are required.  Other contacts take place via coaching sessions on Skype, and downloadable mp3 lessons.  Call 713.622.8794 for details.
