More Americans complain of back pain than any other
ailment. If your current strategy for getting
relief is not working to your satisfaction, perhaps it's
time for a new approach. The Feldenkrais Method
of Somatic Education offers a viewpoint and a way of
being in your body that is simple, gentle, and
effective. Get rid of your back pain without endless
stretching, strengthening exercises, dangerous
medications, or the constant fear of doing something
"wrong." You can be comfortable all day, every
day!
You will learn:

 Leonardo
da Vinci: Man, Inventor, Genius
Join us for an outing to Houston's Museum of Natural
Science!
The "Leonardo" exhibit features about 50 handcrafted
wooden models of some of da Vinci's most intriguing
designs. According to a Museum press release,
"Numerous models will be interactive and hands-on, and
guests are encouraged to push, pull, and crank for a
greater understanding of their (the models') purpose and
operation."
A huge timeline wall mural provides historical context
for Leonardo's achievements amid the cultural milestones
and world events of the Renaissance. Some of his
designs still look like something from the future.! This
exhibit will inspire your creativity and imagination as
you see things through the eyes of a genius.
